First off, what is PRE-ORDER items?

Our pre-orders are items in a collection that is available to purchase at that time but is not yet ready to ship, they can appear again in the following seasons. We try to released new collection every quarters. Products that are available to be pre-ordered will be launched at a certain date and time. Within a 2-week timeframe, we accept orders for the available collection, after this period we will close the collection. This means you are paying for an item in advance. Upon launch day, we will offer realistic representation of the products. If you need additional information, please feel free to reach out to info@onirique.us for requests.

Preorder item(s) will be specified and announced on our page at least 1 week before they are available on our website.

Estimated production time/shipping date will be provided, nevertheless there is always a chance of delays.

Any preorder updates will always be posted on our feed, IG story, or saved in highlights.

Will previous collection be restocked?

While the previous hoodie designs may not be available, it doesn't mean they are discontinued permanently. Keep an eye out for future updates and announcements regarding any potential reopening for preorders, as they can appear again as a special released for our valuable customer.

 

There is an issue with my order I received.

Please reach out to us at info@onirique.us. We will need the order number if you were provided this, your email address, phone number, First and Last name.

 

My tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received it.

While rare, it is possible for your product to be sent to a neighboring location or to get misplaced in the mail. After a few working days, the package normally finds its way back to the correct address when this occurs, according to our observations.

Return / Exchange hoodie.

To be eligible for a return, your Product must not be a pre-order and must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, folded neatly into the original clear garment bag the Product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it (the “Return Criteria”). In the event your Products do not meet the Return Criteria, your return will likely be denied.

Items are to be mailed back in original packaging. Please include the bag that has the washing instructions for hoodies.

Unless an item was received damaged, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs/ additional fees associated with sending the package back.

Tracking link should be shared with us when the package is mailed out. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return using the label that your chosen shipping carrier has generate.

If the above conditions are not met, a refund or exchange will not be given.
