Return Policy

RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR ITEMS SOLD BY PREORDERS. WE MAY BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH EXCHANGES FOR SIZE, HOWEVER, THIS IS SUBJECT TO BE HANDLED ON CASE BY CASE BASIS.

Returns

To return a Product, please go to Onirique.us and follow the instructions set forth therein (the “Return Process”). You will need your order number and shipping ZIP code to begin the Return Process. A shipping label will be issued to you if you complete the Return Process correctly. Please use the provided shipping label to return your Product(s) to Onirique.

You have thirty (30) calendar days after the date you place your order with Onirique to initiate the Return Process for your Products (the “Return Process Date”). Your Products must be shipped and arrive at the applicable Onirique facility (the address detailed in the shipping label described above) within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Return Process Date to qualify for returning under this Return Policy. If you do not initiate the Return Process in the applicable timeframe, or your Products do not arrive at the applicable Onirique facility in the applicable timeframe, we will not accept the return of said Products, and your Products will no longer qualify to be returned to Onirique.

ALL RETURNS' COST WILL MADE BY YOU AS THE CUSTOMER.

To be eligible for a return, your Product must not be a pre-order and must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, folded neatly into the original clear garment bag the Product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it (the “Return Criteria”). In the event your Products do not meet the Return Criteria, your return will likely be denied.

Return Denial

Onirique may, in its sole and absolute discretion, deny your request to return any Product. All returns, store credit, gift cards, and/or refunds discussed in this Return Policy are offered and/or issued at Onirique’s sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing herein obligates Onirique to accept your return or provide you with store credit, gift cards, and/or refunds. RETURNING A PRODUCT DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED/REFUNDED FOR SAID PRODUCT.

In the event Onirique denies the return of any Product, Onirique shall determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what to do with the denied Product. For the avoidance of doubt, if you attempt to return a Product and the return of that Product is denied by Onirique, Onirique shall determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, if it will return the Product to you, retain the Product, and/or any take any other action with the Product. By returning any Product to Onirique, you are expressly agreeing to give up your rights to said Product.

Store Credit

Once we receive the Product you wish to return, we will inspect it to determine if it meets the Return Criteria, as set forth above.

Store Credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days of your return being received by our warehouse. The final amount will depend on if you had requested for a shipping label or sent it with a label of your own.

You are not guaranteed store credit (or a gift card) for any Product you purchase from us. Onirique makes all store credit (and other return) decisions in its sole and absolute discretion.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the event you receive a Product that is damaged and/or defective upon your receipt of said Product, please report this within 5 days of the item being delivered to info@onirique.us. When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage and an attachment of the SKU on the polybag packaging your item arrived in. If any damage is reported after the 5 day time period, Onirique is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, Onirique will be unable to fulfill your request.

Customers will need to send the product back to the warehouse at Onirique's direction and will need to pay for their own shipping label. Please be sure to include the tracking number in the details of the return for Onirique. Please ensure that all returned items are well packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return using the label that your chosen shipping carrier has generate.

If you would like Onirique to provide you with a label, please let Onirique know either through return comments or emailing with the order number and requesting for a label. The cost for the label that you request will be deducted from the amount you paid for the returned Product(s). 

Onirique will work with you to process your damaged or defective Product on a case-by-case basis. All damaged or defective Products will be evaluated by Onirique to determine if they qualify for a refund. Nothing herein guarantees you a refund (or any other type of reimbursement) on any damaged or defective Products.

In the event Onirique approves your damaged or defective Product for a return, Onirique may provide you with refund or store credit. You can request for a replacement of the Product, rather than a refund to your credit card or store credit, for damaged or defective Products approved by Onirique for return, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Refunds and Store Credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days of your return being received by our warehouse. The final amount will depend on if you had requested for a shipping label or sent it with a label of your own. If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, you will be contacted by info@onirique.us.

No Access to Returns

In the event attempt to return a Product you damaged, or attempt to return damaged or defective Products without contacting Onirique, or you otherwise abuse or misuse this Return Policy, Onirique may remove your ability to participate in this Return Policy at its sole and absolute discretion. In the event you are blacklisted from utilizing the Return Process, you will no longer be able to access the Return Process dashboard or return any Products to Onirique. If you believe you have been banned from accessing the Return Process incorrectly, please contact info@onirique.us.

Exchanges

Onirique reserves the right for exchanges on size, this will be handled solely by Onirique on a case-by-case basis.

Final Sale

Items marked for final sale are not eligible for returns, including any items that are pre-orders.

Updating the Return Policy

Onirique reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN GUARANTEES YOU THE RIGHT TO RETURN OR REFUND ANY PRODUCT.
